The Purpose of the Digital Marketing Consultant, is:
- To take ownership of the PPC & SMM solutions delivery department.
- To assist in the creation of the sales pipeline of new business revenue into the company.

The company culture is based on a very friendly and family orienteded, with exceptionally low staff turnover and seveal staff having worked for the company for 10+ years.
The Duties and Responsibilities of the Digital Marketing Consultant will include:
- To be involved in formulating the plan and taking ownership in delivering the company PPC & social media solutions services for both customers and the company.
- Become the paid media expert within the business, continuously learning current paid media techniques
- Delivering PPC & social media solutions to current and future customers.
- Gaining expert knowledge to deliver Google Adwords solutions to enable maximum investment for customers
- Identification and qualification of new business opportunities to be created, delivered and managed through to customer meeting stage.
- Creating and developing a pipeline of new business leads in line with monthly targets.
- Build campaigns including but not limited to emails sequences, LinkedIn, Instagram, create case-studies, plus other effective social media marketing techniques.
- Attend Networking events regionally and frequently (typically 2-4 per month)
- Build a network of useful partners and useful industry contacts.
- Attend Sales and product training, focus on career development, and aim to improve performance.
- Disciplined use of CRM system, communication and customer management.
- Track competitors
- Handling customer enquiries.
- Compile quotations & tender responses
- Meeting targets and managing KPI’s.
- Always working conscientiously and professionally.
- Re-enforcing, maintaining and developing the company brand.
The “Essential” Experience and Qualifications we seek are:
- Good customer services skills and the ability to develop lasting client relationships.
- Experienced in working to strict deadlines – on time, to budget, and on quality.
- Have a higher education and/or commercial experience in Digital Marketing
- Digital Skills at medium to expert level, 1-5 score level:
- General Digital Solutions/Services/Marketing = 3+
- Social Media platforms and tools = 4+
- Google Adwords = 4+
- Web development & SEO = 2+
- You have Experience in using Microsoft Office and (name other common software products).
- You are self-motivated, goal-orientated and able to use your own initiative.
- You are organised and proactive individual displaying high standards of professional conduct and attention to detail.
- You have excellent stakeholder management skills
- Must have a positive outlook & the ability to work effectively both independently and within a team to deliver the monthly & annual team target.
- You are happy working in the office 4+ Days per week in Chorley, Lancs
The “Desirable” Experience and Qualifications we seek are:
- If you have worked directly in social media and digital media solutions this will be an advantage.
- A previous revenue generation proven track record (portfolio).
- Have experience of PPC solutions and enjoy solving customer lead generation needs.
- Operated in a sales role compiling quotations and liaising with new customers.
Location: Chorley
The benefits offered to the Digital Marketing Consultant will be as follows:
Salary: £25-32k + Comm
Job Types: Full-time or part-time, Permanent
