The Key Responsibilities: for the Sales Development Representative

  • Prospecting and Lead Development: Identify and qualify potential customers through proactive outreach.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Understand client challenges and propose CoreRFID solutions (RFID or CheckedOK).
  • High-Volume Outreach: Make 90 prospecting calls per day to drive business development efforts.
  • Collaborative Planning: Work alongside Sales Directors to execute territory plans effectively.
  • Sales Process Refinement: Develop and refine sales processes for enterprise-level clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Be part of a supportive team that prepares you for a successful sales career at CoreRFID and beyond.

Hybrid working environment is on offer:

My client will move to Liverpool city centre in Summer 2024 (L3 Postcode). Post-move, we plan to implement a hybrid working model with two days per week working from home.

The Benefits package include:

  • Competitive salary up to £28,000 base with a £40,000 OTE, .

who we are seeking - the skills profile:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, telesales or businerss devlopment via outbound telephone environment.
  • Self-starter with a desire to excel while being a team player. We expect you to be GOAL ORIENTED
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Must have a full driving license and own transport due to office location.
