Senior/Principal BC Consultant/Architect – Business Central

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Business Central Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Business Central Consultant, you will support the Technical Director and play a pivotal role in helping their major clients maximize the potential of their ERP systems. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique business needs, configure and customise Business Central, and provide expert guidance to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with clients to assess their business requirements and design tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Lead project implementations, including system configuration, data migration, and integration with other systems.
Provide expertise in Business Central functionality, including financials, supply chain, sales, and customer service modules.
Create and execute test plans, ensuring the quality and reliability of the system.
Conduct user training and provide ongoing support to clients.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Business Central.
Stay current with industry trends and Microsoft updates to provide proactive recommendations to clients.
Mentor and support junior consultants in their professional development.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, IT, or similar).
Proven experience as a consultant or analyst in ERP systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
Extensive knowledge of Business Central functionality, configuration, and customization.
Strong project management skills with a track record of successful ERP implementations.
Excellent communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are a plus.
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Power Platform is a bonus.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
