We’re looking for an experienced Senior IT Implementation Engineer to join our Professional Services team. This is a hybrid, client-facing role ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
In this dynamic hybrid role, you’ll lead technical project delivery, spanning Microsoft 365, Azure, and network infrastructure, while working directly with clients, and playing an active part within the delivery & support team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the lead technical contact for assigned client projects
- Deliver on-site infrastructure and cloud solutions (Microsoft 365, Azure, Networking, DR)
- Manage project timelines, risks, and documentation
- Mentor engineers, ensuring high-quality project delivery
- Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing technical consultancy
What You’ll Need:
- 4+ years in an MSP or multi-client environment
- Strong technical skills in Microsoft 365, Azure AD, Windows Server, Hyper-V/VMware, firewalls, VPNs
- Excellent communication and client management skills
- Ability and willingness to travel to client sites (regional)
Desirable (but not essential):
- Microsoft certifications (e.g. AZ-104, MS-100/101)
- CompTIA Network+ / Security+, Cisco or ITIL certifications
- Project management exposure (Prince2, Autotask, ConnectWise etc.)
