  • We will register your details onto our database and maintain your records within GDPR regulations.
  • We will seek your approval, and inform you when your CV is submitted to a client.
  • We will advise you as soon as we discover that our client would like to progress to an interview.
  • We will confirm your interview in writing with full instructions.
  • We will assist you fully and aim brief you with as much information about the role and company as possible.

    Candidate Support & Communication.

    • We will always check if it’s convenient to speak before we engage in a full conversation.
    • We will support you through the interview and offer stages, providing you with advice and allowing you time to consider your options through all stages.
    • We confirm all steps in the process including interviews in writing, and prepare you as best we can regarding your application, the role and the company.
    • We will keep in touch on a regular basis when we’re engaged with you on identifying suitable opportunities
    • We will contact you if we feel we have an opportunity that you might want to know about.
    • All conversations will remain confidential and discreet.
