As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for acquiring new business for our growing company and developing the company brand, through marketing. You will be working with a close-knit group where you will be fully supported so we can achieve our targets. You will be completely responsible for the marketing department and building the software, processes and team members required, including HubSpot CRM and a telesales executive. With HubSpot CRM you’ll be expected to manage leads alongside the telesales executive, whilst managing email campaigns and marketing efforts to attract new business. All website and social media platforms will need to be kept up to date with recent news and activities.


Daily Activities

  • Building out and maintaining the marketing CRM, HubSpot.
  • Being responsible for the team beneath you, including interviewing and managing the people.
  • Maintaining the telesales executive(s) and their prospects.
  • Maintaining consistent email campaigns to existing clients and to prospects.
  • Maintaining the company’s website, updating the news/blog page, and performing any website changes.
  • Updating our social media channels, being LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & Twitter.
  • The creation of marketing materials such as brochures.
  • Organise and attend events such as conferences and exhibitions.
  • Completing case studies for recent work, both via photography and videography.



  • A minimum of 24 months in a similar marketing role.
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong organisation skills.
  • Creative and competent in creating content.
